“You can have it all. You just can’t have it all at once.”
When people say that millennials are lazy or don’t know what it’s like in the real world, they clearly have never met Andi. A strong work ethic and a drive that can’t be extinguished are the hallmarks of someone who was raised in a family business and taught from an early age that you have to take charge if you want things done right.
In Andi’s role as director of client services, she takes on a number of responsibilities. Andi is often the first point of contact for many of JFG’s clients, and assists with customer support. She also oversees many of JFG’s day-to-day operations, helping to set priorities and project focuses, manage internal trafficking, and working with overall client, vendor and media relations.
A graduate of Westminster College in Pennsylvania with a background in business administration and public relations, Andi has worked in a variety of capacities at JFG throughout the years. She actually started as an intern and was quickly snapped up upon graduation because it was obvious she just “gets it.” Her experience in such a breadth of roles gives her in-depth knowledge of internal processes and workflows – skills that have also helped her work to improve operations and streamline production to ensure that every client’s projects are completed on time and on budget. Andi’s positive attitude and ability to quickly adapt to any situation is refreshing for everyone who interacts with her, including co-workers, clients and vendors.
When she’s not working with clients or shepherding projects through the creative department, you’ll find Andi out playing or watching basketball, running, hanging with friends or traveling.
