Situation

Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University (ERAU) is a national leader in aviation and aerospace. Their residential campuses are located in Daytona Beach, Florida and Prescott, Arizona along with online programs offered worldwide.

They were losing two social media employees and were initially searching for a short-term solution.

Challenge

Embry Riddle had a strong internal marketing team but were having difficulty filling the roles. They wanted to be able to maximize ROI while staying within budget – but they needed a solution, quickly.

Solution

JFG started working with ERAU in March 2022. JFG assisted ERAU in buying media space for Facebook and Instagram ads, Google Search Ads, Display Ads and YouTube ads. We’ve focused not only on media buying but on target audience creation, keyword research and selection, ongoing campaign optimizations, A/B testing, reporting and working one-on-one with their internal team.

JFG has worked to lower ERAU’s cost/RFI and increase applications for the end of FY22. Currently, we are working to build and set up a solid digital strategy for FY23 as we continue to work with them.

Some of the results from our efforts for FY22 include:

Lowering their cost/RFI for Google to $74 (As of April 2022)

Lowering their cost/RFI for Facebook to $108 (As of April 2022)

Over 180% increase in RFI’s in March and April compared to previous
months

Maintaining CTRs above the industry average for universities
