Mobile Screening Mammography

Windsong Radiology Group approached JFG for assistance in developing and promoting Windsong’s new Mobile Screening Mammography initiative. Starting with strategic planning and meeting facilitation services, JFG helped develop this new effort to make mammography more accessible to residents throughout the eight counties of Western New York.

Windsong needed a vehicle wrap designed to fit the group’s new mobile mammography vehicle – a coach that was outfitted with all equipment needed to perform mammography independent of an office setting. JFG designed the graphics and worked with Windsong to also promote the new mobile unit through a series of local print ads, radio spots, fliers, billboards, postcards and email marketing efforts. In addition, television promotions were produced that featured local news anchors speaking in support of the importance of getting screened.

JFG also worked to further promote the campaign using digital campaigns. This included programmatic pre-roll video placed on various sites targeting a demographic population identified as the most in need of mobile mammography services, as well as paid social media advertising through Facebook. Both campaigns incorporate digital video and images created specifically for the web and optimized for online users, and are targeted to residents in the eight counties in Western New York served by the Mobile Screening Mammography initiative. These Facebook ads are currently being used to increase awareness throughout the region.
