UBMD Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine, the team doctors for the Buffalo Bills, Buffalo Sabres, Buffalo Bandits, UB Bulls, Buffalo State Bengals, ECC Kats, Niagara Purple Eagles and NCCC Thunderwolves, teamed up with Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center (NFMMC) to provide unparalleled care to the Western New York region.
To help promote services offered at their Summit Healthplex in Niagara Falls, JFG created a joint digital campaign that involved both UBMD Orthopaedics & NFMMC. This digital strategy included both Google Ads PPC, to help convert website visitors into leads, and Facebook Ads, which focused on generating awareness. Additionally, a custom landing page allowed for phone call and conversion tracking.
Converting With Digital Advertising
The campaigns focused on three main areas: sports medicine, joint, and concussion. Over five months, the search ads generated over 1,000 conversions with a conversion rate of 22.64%, well above 3.36% — the average conversion rate for healthcare.
Not only did we see high conversion rates, but users responded well to the search ads with a strong 11.72% CTR, 8.46% higher than the healthcare industry average. Similarly, the Facebook campaign resonated well with the selected audiences, showing a CTR of 1.81%, higher than the industry average of .83%.
