Rebranding & Fundraising Campaign

YWCA of the Niagara Frontier

The YWCA of the Niagara Frontier approached JFG about developing a rebranding campaign during a merger of regional YWCA offices. In addition, the organization was looking to increase donations from large corporate and personal donors. JFG created a campaign piece that properly told their story – and explained why it was necessary to fund their mission and keep the services reaching those who need them most. We relied on startling but true statistics to hammer home the need, and then described how the YWCA was integral in meeting that need.

The announcement materials included direct mail, brochures, billboards and print ads. Additional campaign pieces were used in person, with the YWCA walking prospective donors through the campaign goals – finishing with the ask for their support. The results of this campaign included a seamless transition to the new name and a massive influx in donations that went to fund such programs as the YWCA’s culinary training program, women’s shelters and more.
