Speak to your audience in their language about what is in their heart.

Tricia is passionate about strategic, effective, and persuasive communication. She believes all marketing and communication initiatives should tie back to an organization’s brand and strategic goals, and she really enjoys developing messaging and strategies that are tailored to persuade each target audience. Being able to identify awareness, affinity and action outcomes from her work is truly rewarding.

Tricia joined JFG as a Digital Marketing Coordinator in July 2023. Promoted to Account & Digital Media Manager in March 2025, Tricia assists JFG clients with all of their marketing, project management and copywriting needs, and helps guide them in the correct decisions for all things digital, including social media, digital advertising (ppc) and email marketing/communications.

Previously, Tricia worked in the higher education communications field for over 10 years, most recently serving as Director of Communications & Marketing. In that role, she served as the institution’s chief marketing decision-maker and the optimizer of marketing resources and activities, and she managed internal and external communications to develop and strengthen relationships with all University constituencies. Her areas of experience include organic and paid social media management, writing blogs and news articles, email communications and e-newsletters, magazine production, branding, copywriting, editing, AP style guide enforcement, public relations, media relations, crisis communications and the development of strategic marketing/communications plans. Additionally, she served as a college writing adjunct professor and writing tutor for several years.

Tricia earned her master’s degree in public relations management and strategic communication from Buffalo State University, and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Medaille University. She loves continually learning and staying on top of the latest trends in marketing, advertising and communications.

When Tricia is not working, she can be found watching football or baseball (go Mets, Phillies and Bills!), spending time with her young nieces, enjoying margaritas and Mexican food, reading Marvel or Batman comics, memorizing musical theater numbers, and wishing for all things fall and pumpkin spice.
