Based in Buffalo, 3DJets is a private aviation company that offers a premium, stress-free way to travel with flexibility, comfort and privacy.

Knowing they needed to increase awareness among prospective customers, they came to JFG looking for assistance with branding and developing a website that better reflected their commitment to safety and the luxurious travel experience they offer.

JFG got the ball rolling with strategic brand development work, including the creation of a logo, color theme, font styling, imagery and a comprehensive brand style guide. 3DJets exudes class, therefore, the new logo was designed to be sleek, modern and consistent with the premium service experience. The logo was also intended to play up the inspiration for the company name — the first initial of the founder and his three sons, which all begin with “D.”

The colors selected — black velvet, silver and imperial red — portray the striking balance of elegance and confident comfort, and the brand imagery chosen reflected excellence and luxury, to better represent the extraordinary travel experience from start to finish. Brand messaging was crafted to reflect that this is a premium service catering to the customer experience, but at a fair price point.

Once the consistent branding was established, 3DJets needed a digital web presence that better reflected the new brand messaging and look. JFG designed a website that not only highlights the plane’s amenities, pilot experience and safety features to build trust with customers, but it also included striking visuals to reinforce the brand identity.

With a simple-to-use backend for updating and sharing new content, the site was optimized for the best user experience and was designed to display well on all devices. It also was developed to emphasize lead generation, allowing customers to easily request a quote for services.

After launching the new branding and website, 3DJets saw a marked improvement in site traffic and brand awareness across the region, providing the company with a solid foundation to build and grow its service revenue.
