Challenge

A full-service company based in Western New York, AAA Timberline specializes in fireplaces, chimneys and a full range of masonry repair, installation and replacement services. AAA Timberline distinguished themselves by providing exemplary service and exceeding customer expectations for over 40 years, but their public-facing communications lacked a coherent theme and focus. They also wanted to increase their online visibility and leads, so they turned to JFG for help.

Solution

To start, JFG worked with the company owners to develop a brand identity, and then brought that vision to life with a new logo, revamped print materials, an all-new website and an enormously successful digital ad campaign. JFG worked with AAA Timberline to craft a logo and identity that showcased their commitment to excellence. Once established, that new branding was rolled out among a range of print collateral, including business cards, brochures and stationery.

Next, a modern, user-friendly website was designed to properly reflect AAA Timberline’s professionalism, expertise and achievements, while incorporating a clear call to action to drive business through the door. Proper Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices were implemented to increase rankings from the time of launch, and JFG continues to manage SEO to maximize organic website traffic and response rates.

Google search ads were also recommended as an efficient way to target high-intent customers looking for specific services. The campaign initially focused on chimneys, masonry, masonry repair, and fireplace inserts and repair, but JFG adjusted ad groups and keywords throughout the campaign to anticipate changing customer needs with the changing seasons.

Results
