Child Care Resource Network (CCRN), a nonprofit agency supporting families, child care providers, educators, and employers seeking accessible and affordable child care in Erie County, needed to enhance its brand identity and raise awareness about the services it offers.

Challenge

With a diverse audience that includes families, child care providers, employers, and prospective donors, CCRN required a versatile campaign to effectively increase visibility and engagement within the community.

Tactics

To achieve these objectives, the following strategies were implemented:

  • Community Insight facilitated a focus group to assess the current level of awareness and understanding of CCRN’s services within the Erie County community. This feedback was used to inform the campaign and branding efforts.
  • Branding & Design: created a new logo and tagline for CCRN: “Nurturing Greatness.” This new identity was applied across various marketing materials, including an informational brochure, business cards, and a pull-up banner design, ensuring a consistent and professional brand image.
