Embry–Riddle Aeronautical University is the world’s largest, oldest and most respected university in aviation and aerospace. With over 155,000 graduates to date, the university has been at the forefront of groundbreaking aeronautical milestones since its founding in 1925.
However, with decreasing demographics and increasingly more competition in the higher education sector, Embry–Riddle turned to JFG in 2022 for a refreshed digital marketing strategy that could help the university improve its results and achieve its enrollment goals.

Solution
JFG provided Embry-Riddle with a custom performance marketing plan for digital advertising across Google, Meta and LinkedIn. We implemented a new campaign structure and strategy across all channels, utilizing a mix of Search, Performance Max, YouTube, image, video and lead generation ad forms.
Working closely with the university’s internal enrollment marketing team, we also updated the reporting processes in order to gain a better understanding of leads vs. applicants and the ROI on each campaign.
Results
In 2023, Embry-Riddle’s partnership with JFG resulted in an increase in total Requests For Information (RFI) generated, a decrease in average cost per RFI, and an overall improvement in efficiency and effectiveness across paid ads.
